If the confirmation email isn’t in your spam folder there may be an issue with fulfillment. In which case, our customer service squad will reach out to you with an inquiry. If you haven’t received any communication from us within 24 hours of your purchase, email us email@example.com and we will get back to you ASAP.
You may have ordered a custom item or a Made To Order item. Made to Order items require 2 weeks for manufacturing. If you haven’t ordered a Made To Order item and your purchase hasn’t shipped reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do our best to avoid canceling orders, if we canceled without your expressed direction there is an issue with fulfillment and our customer service squad will contact you directly. If you haven’t received any information about your order, please contact email@example.com.
If an item is made to order that means we don’t currently have it stocked in our warehouse. Unlike a backordered item, you can order our made-to-order items right away and our manufacturing team will start working on it next day. Typically Made To Order purchases require 12-14 days to manufacture. Once it arrives at our warehouse facility we will update your tracking information.
1. you must send your return within 30 days of receiving the item. Note, the item can be sent at the most affordable shipping class. To receive your refund the fastest, email or message us the tracking information.
2. Your item must appear unworn. Any signs or scent of wear and tear and we cannot offer a refund.
3. All tags and labels must still be attached.
If your item meets these requirements, we are happy to refund you up to 80% of your purchase. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
