If the confirmation email isn’t in your spam folder there may be an issue with fulfillment. In which case, our customer service squad will reach out to you with an inquiry. If you haven’t received any communication from us within 24 hours of your purchase, email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you ASAP.
You may have ordered a custom item or a Made To Order item. Made to Order items require 2 weeks for manufacturing. If you haven’t ordered a Made To Order item and your purchase hasn’t shipped reach out to us at email@example.com.
We do our best to avoid canceling orders, if we canceled without your expressed direction there is an issue with fulfillment and our customer service squad will contact you directly. If you haven’t received any information about your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If an item is made to order that means we don’t currently have it stocked in our warehouse. Unlike a backordered item, you can order our made-to-order items right away and our manufacturing team will start working on it next day. Typically Made To Order purchases require 12-14 days to manufacture. Once it arrives at our warehouse facility we will update your tracking information.
